SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHIPMENTS
Shipments are normally made within 48 - 72 hours after receipt of order and payment verification. Please allow additional time during holidays and seasonality.
Make sure to use the correct shipping address and billing information to avoid delays. The customer is responsible for all items and costs associated with orders placed using the incorrect information.
Freight Charges
Customer pays all freight costs unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance. Shipments are normally made by USPS standard delivery. Next day and 2nd day air shipments are available at an additional cost. Some of these charges are already built into our website software. Shipping charges are figured at the time of purchase based on destination rates and added to the total purchase price. All Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order is canceled before it leaves our facility.
Note: customer is charged the actual freight amount FOB Shipping Point.
- No additional handling fees are added to domestic or International shipments for standard shipping delivery terms.
If necessary, shipments via UPS or FedEx may require special handling at a small additional fee.

EXPORT ORDERS
Quotes are required on shipments exported from US if other than USPS. Normally if shipped USPS all costs are already included when order is placed. These shipments will include special packaging, shipping, documentation (country specific) and additional handling fees if applicable. Please contact us for quote. All export shipments are subject to prepayment in U.S. Funds.
Worldwide Availability – all orders must be paid in US dollars.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Address correction fee - $5.00
Order adjustment/modification fee - $5.00
Acknowledgement of Delivery fee - $3.00
Confirmation of order will be sent via email supplied with tracking numbers at time of shipment for all orders placed through Little Mule Bee Supply, LLC online company website.
HOW LONG TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Domestic orders ship from Oklahoma and depending on your location the time of arrival will vary. An estimate of transit time can be determined by referring to the time in transit map provided below. Delivery takes between 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to Oklahoma. We do not ship overnight.
We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International, and delivery can take between 6 – 10 business days. Please check the tracking information periodically to determine whether customs is holding your package awaiting duty payment.
